Baker Motorsport is a privately owned kart race team with 2 drivers, 18 year old Rodney and his father 50 year old Micheal, Chief Mechanic Neil Stephens (grandfather and father-in-law to the 2 drivers), who's been in the motorsport industry for decades, who are supported by Joanne (mother and wife of the drivers and daughter of Neil) and Eve (wife of Neil and grandmother and mother-in-law to both drivers).
Rodney is a relative rookie to the world of karts with just 3 full years of experience under his helmet and currently races in the NSKC, SKRC and CDKC club championships as well as the Premier State Cup series and will contest the NSW State championships later in the year.
Micheal, also a rookie with just 2 years of experience, also races in the NSKC club championship but plans to join Rodney in the SKRC club championship this year.
